After two days the swarm of honey bees found a new home, somewhere. I scheduled a bee keeper to come out and remove the swarm but the bees probably got wind of it and skedaddled. I must admit, I learned a lot about honey bees and they are fascinating. I think when I retire (or maybe sooner) I’ll become a bee keeper. Although I love honey, I don’t eat a lot of it. For the amount of honey I eat, I would need about two bees. So, we’ll see. But my new favorite pet is now….you got it….the honey bee. Hey, some people like elephants, some like penguins, I like honey bees.
